Investments: Clean Air and Clean Water.

The air pollution from the stenter was updated with the newest clean air technology equipment in 2019.

 

 

Wastewater equipment:

We installed a state-of-the-art waste water system to below 200 COD.

3 steps insure a clean, almost drinkable water:

• mechanical step
• chemical step
• organic step

With these investments we guarantee green finishing (certified) and a green dyeing process.

 

 

New dyeing lab on highest technical status.

The dyeing laboratory plays a central role, just like the air-conditioned laboratory and testing room. It allows us to create a foundation for a smooth, reproducible production – with modern laboratory equipment and laboratory dryers.
With these new machines we can even more accurately meet the customer needs and wishes.
Trained and experienced staff allows the best quality and customer service.
We also rent The inner room for wind protection is very good and very useful. When we deliver or deload goods, after closing the inner doors, nearly no wind going through into the workshop which is good especially for the sewing workers who are near the entrance. (Paul: maybe not need )
We also made huge improvements on insulating the production area.
